1. Services Provided 

Essential Hands Home Healthcare, LLC offers non-medical home care services, including personal care, companionship, and related assistance. Services are provided under agreed-upon care plans. 

2. Client Responsibilities 

Clients and/or their representatives agree to provide accurate information, treat caregivers with respect, and notify us promptly of schedule changes or concerns. 

3. Scheduling & Cancellations 

We strive to maintain consistent schedules. Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Repeated cancellations may affect scheduling priority. 

4. SMS/Text Messaging 

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/text messages for service updates, scheduling, and reminders. Message frequency varies based on services. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. 

5. Payment Terms 

Clients agree to pay for services in accordance with the signed service agreement. Payment terms and rates are outlined in the care contract. 

6. Limitation of Liability 

Essential Hands Home Healthcare, LLC will provide services in a professional and responsible manner. However, we are not liable for damages outside the scope of agreed services, unless caused by proven negligence. 

7. Modifications 

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance. 

8. Governing Law 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
